Road Out of Hell

Every day families break down, young adults commit suicide, friends are stopped for DUI's and the symptoms of (PTSD) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, including: alcohol use disorder; opioid addiction; substance abuse; eating disorder; hypersexual disorder; anger management disorder; and depression, are played out.

On 5th May 2014 my daughter, Stephanie Griffiths (Bischoff), shortly after her 30th birthday, lost her battle to metastatic melanoma. There is no recovery from this, only the slow painful process of learning to cope better each day.

Operation Savannah was formed to help people with trauma and loss learn how to cope!

We are raising monies for three specific initiatives:

i) Recovery in Christ: A Christ Centered Recovery Program
ii) MMC Health: Education: Dental Hygiene before Chemotherapy
iii) On-Line Education for those who are at risk of being scammed.

If you have PTSD; and suffer from the many manifestations; alcohol use disorder; binge eating disorder; anger management, depression or suicidal thoughts; or if you have lost a child and are lost; or if you know anyone starting Chemotheraphy; we ask that you consider giving to this ministry.

Mental illness, caused by physical trauma or moral injury, is as devastating to a veteran as any physical wound. In many cases the symptoms are progressive, and the manifestations are no less serious than an enemy fired bullet.

We can not see emotional wounds in the same way we see physical wounds. But their complications and the pain they cause can as devastating as any physical injury.
